I'm more writing on this topic because it was suggested to me rather than having a genuine interest in it, but I'm going to do my best to crank out a page or two on it anyway. The weather is the kind of thing that is always on our radar, but isn't necessarily something that we place a large focus on in our lives. Weather can, however, either brighten or ruin our day. It is one of the key factors that we base our entire schedule around. We could have been planning to take a jog or do something outside, but if we find out that the weather outside is less than ideal, we will change our plans accordingly. I know that I personally feel better when the sky is clear and the sun is shining. I also find much enjoyment from the sight of the first snowfall of winter, even though I know that many people despise the cold. Rain I either enjoy or loathe depending on the circumstance. If I'm in my room getting ready for bed, I find the sound of rain both relaxing and enjoyable, but if I need to travel anywhere and it's storming out, I find that to be a significant source of stress. When the sun is shining and the sky is clear, we see life through a more positive lens, but the converse that during times of overcast or melancholy weather, we feel down, is also true. Weather is something we can't control, we can either enjoy it or endure it.
