Superheroes

I've been writing about a lot of more serious topics lately so I think I'll lighten things us a little bit with this entry. Everyone thinks superheroes are cool, myself included. The idea of characters that are able to do superhuman feats, or have fantastic abilities interests everyone. Superheroes make for awesome stories and I just think it's the coolest thing how Marvel and DC in particular, have created their own whole universes centered around their various superheroes. I think that everyone wanted to be a super hero at some point during their childhood. Whether it be superman, spider man, batman, wonder woman, etc. Heroes with these amazing abilities have always captured our hearts and imaginations. The coolest thing about most superheroes, in my opinion, is that they all seem to use their powers for the greater good of the world. While villains use their powers for selfish reasons, superheroes put everyone before themselves because of their moral fortitude and altruism and I just love that idea in general. We should all aspire to be those kinds of heroes, whether we have powers or not. Be the superhero you know you can be.
